Sacraments
The Seven Sacraments
The Seven Sacraments are central to the Church’s life, offering tangible encounters with God’s grace. Instituted by Christ and entrusted to the Church, they nourish our faith, guide our spiritual journey, and unite us with God and one another.
Each sacrament is a visible sign of God’s saving love, shaping us into the image of Christ. From Baptism to the Eucharist, they accompany us through life, preparing us for eternity.
Whether receiving a sacrament for the first time or deepening your understanding, we invite you to explore these sacred gifts at the heart of our Catholic faith.
In need of a Sacrament? Contact the office at (337) 432-6817.

We firmly believe that the Lord invites particular men and women into a religious vocation. These invitations are not always easy to hear and follow. If you feel like the Lord may be calling you to the Priesthood, Diaconate, or Religious Life, we would love to help you in this discernment process.

You don’t need to wait until someone is near death to receive the Anointing of the Sick. In fact, it is encouraged to receive this sacrament earlier so that its graces can be fully experienced.
If you or a loved one is facing a serious illness or preparing for a high-risk surgery, please reach out to the parish office at (337) 432-6817 to schedule a visit from a priest.

For Christian Burials, please contact the Church Office.

What you see is the bread and the chalice; that is what your own eyes report to you. But what your faith obliges you to accept is that the bread is the body of Christ and the chalice is the blood of Christ.
